Biography:
Made his debut in the 1983-84 season with BC Olimpija Ljubljana (Slovenia), where he played up to 1991-92 when he moved to Italy signing with Virtus Pallacanestro Bolgna. In 1992-93 was in France, with CSP Limoges. In 1993-94 moved to BC Iraklis Thessaloniki (Greece) where he played till 1996-97. During this season left the team on January to sign with PSG Racing Paris (France). In 1997-98 signed for Tofas Spor Kulubu (Turkey) but after playing few games, on October he announced his retirment from Basketball due to serious injury. On March, after recovering from his back problems, has signed a two year contract, starting from 1998-99, with KK Union Olimpija Ljubljana (Slovenia). In the 2000-01 season moved to Panionios Smirni (Greece) and the following year, 2001-02, signed again for Union Olimpia Ljubljana.

Has been member of the Yugoslav National Team, winning the 1989 and the 1991 European Championships. Also won the 1990 World Championships, held in Argentina. Member of the Slovenian National Team since 1992, played at the 1993, 1995 and 1997 European Championship. Also has played the 1997 Greek All Star Game, the 1997 All Star Euro Game and the 1998-99 and 1999-00 Slovenian All Star Game. Won the 1998-99 Slovenian National Cup and the Championship. Won the 1999-00 Slovenian National Cup. In 2001-02 won the Adriatic Goodyear League and the Slovenian National Cup.
