| Anastasia Kelesidou is one of the greatest athletes in the world. She was born on the 28th November 1972, in Thessalonica. She competes in the discus and she is an athlete of Heraklis Club. Her trainer is Costas Spanidis. In the Olympic Games in Sidney in 2000, she won the silver medal whereas in the Mediterranean Games in 1997 and in the Bruno Zauli Games in 1998, she was first. She is the first Greek athlete who broke the record of 60 m in the Discus in 1994 with a throw at 60.5 m and later she reached 67.70 m. |
