Ολοκληρώνονται οι 3οι Ευρωπαϊκοί Αγώνες «European Games 2023» στην Κρακοβία-Μαλοπόλσκα της Πολωνίας με την Ελλάδα να συγκεντρώνει 17 μετάλλια (27η θέση). 2 χρυσά με Άννα Κορακάκη (στο πιστόλι 25 μέτρων) και Μίλτο Τεντόγλου (στο μήκος με 8.34), 5 αργυρά με Εμμανουέλα Κατζουράκη στο σκιτ της σκοποβολής, Εμμανουήλ Καραλή στο επι κοντώ με 5.80, Γιώργο Τσαμποδήμο Λεώβαρη στην κατηγορία Point Fighting των -63kg του kickboxing, Διονύση Ξένο και Στέφανο Ξένο στο καράτε και 10 χάλκινα με τους Δώρα Γκουντούρα στην σπάθη, Ομάδα σκοποβολής σκιτ (Μάκης Μίτας, Νίκος Μαυρομμάτης, Μπάμπης Χαλκιαδάκης), Σεμέλη Ζαρμακούπη στο kick boxing, Κυριάκο Μπακιρτζή στην κατηγορία combat -91 κιλών στο Muaythai, Aπόστολο Τεληκώστογλου στο τάε κβον ντο, Κωνσταντίνο Χαμαλίδη και Κωνσταντίνο Δημητρόπουλο στο τάε κβον ντο, Κέλλυ Κυδωνάκη και Τζωρτζίνα Ξένου στο καράτε, και Ευαγγελία Πλατανιώτη/Σοφία Μαλκογεώργου στο τεχνικό ντουέτο.
The 3rd European Games 2023 conclude in Krakow-Małopolska, Poland with Greece collecting 17 medals (27th place). 2 gold medals for Anna Korakaki (in the 25m pistol) and Miltos Tentoglou (in the long jump with 8.34), 5 silver medals with Emmanuela Katzourakis in the shooting skit, Emmanuel Karalis in the pole vault with 5.80, Giorgos Tsambodimos Leovaris in the -63kg Point Fighting category of kickboxing, Dionysis Xenos and Stefanos Xenos in karate and 10 bronze medals with Dora Goundoura in the sword, the Skeet shooting team (Makis Mitas, Nikos Mavrommatis, Babis Chalkiadakis), Semeli Zarmakoupis in kick boxing, Kyriakos Bakirtzis in the combat category -91 kg in Muaythai, Apostolos Telikostoglou in tae kwon do, Konstantinos Hamalidis and Konstantinos Dimitropoulos in tae kwon do, Kelly Kydonaki and Tzortzina Xenou in karate, and Evangelia Platanioti/Sofia Malkogeorgou in the technical duet.
