Ο διακεκκριμένος Γερμανός οδηγός μοτοσυκλέτας και αυτοκινήτου Ernst Henne πεθαίνει σε ηλικια 101 ετών. Μεταξύ του 1928 και του 1937 έκανε 76 παγκόσμια ρεκόρ ταχύτητας στο έδαφος, ενώ το τελευταίο που έγινε στις 28/11/1937 με 297,5 χλμ/ώρα κράτησε για 15 χρόνια. Ο Henne ήταν ένας από τους πιο επιτυχημένους Γερμανούς αθλητές της δεκαετίας του ’30 μαζί με τον πυγμάχο Max Schmeling.
Ernst Henne, the distinguished German motorcycle racer and race car driver, dies at the age of 101. Between 1928 and 1937 he achieved a total of 76 land speed world records with the last set on 28/11/1937, with 279.5 km/h, which stood for 14 years. Henne was one of the most successful German sportsmen of the 30s along with boxer Max Schmeling
