Το Yale Bowl, έδρα της ομάδας ποδοσφαίρου του Yale University, ανοίγει τις πύλες του στο New Haven του Connecticut. Σχεδιάστηκε από τον αρχιτέκτονα Charles A. Ferry και είναι το πρώτο στάδιο σε σχήμα αμφιθεάτρου στις ΗΠΑ αποτελώντας έμπνευση για την σχεδίαση τέτοιων σταδίων, όπως του Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, του Rose Bowl και του Michigan Stadium.
The Yale Bowl, home to the Yale University football team, opens in New Haven, Connecticut. It is the first bowl-shaped stadium in the U.S. and will provide inspiration for the design of such stadiums as the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, the Rose Bowl and the Michigan Stadium. It was designed by the architect Charles A. Ferry, who excavated earth to create an elliptical bowl.
