Ολοκληρώνεται η εξαγορά της NetMed N.V. και της Intervision (Services) B.V., που ελέγχουν τον πάροχο των δορυφορικών υπηρεσιών Nova, από την Forthnet έναντι καταβολής συνολικού ανταλλάγματος 491.653.113 Ευρώ. Τα 6 συνδρομητικά αθλητικά κανάλια έχουν ήδη μετονομαστεί από Supersport σε Novasport, ενώ τα Filmnet 1,2,3 σε Nova Cinema.
Forthnet completes the acquisition of all shares of NetMed N.V. and Intervision (Services) B.V., who control the provision of the satellite services of Nova, against payment of a total consideration of 491,653,113 Euro. The 6 sport channels have been already renamed from Supersport to Novasport, while Filmnet 1,2,3 to Nova Cinema.
