Ράλι
Μετά από πρόταση του αντιπροέδρου και μετέπειτα πρόεδρου της ΕΛΠΑ, αλλά και του Παναθηναϊκού, Απόστολου Νικολαϊδη, διεξάγεται το “Ράλλυ ΕΛΠΑ” με συμμετοχή 19 αυτοκινήτων. Η εκκίνηση δίνεται από τα Ιωάννινα, η διαδρομή είναι 2600 χλμ, και τερματίζουν 11 ενώ νικητές είναι οι Τζώννυ Πεσματζόγλου και Νίκος Παπαμιχαήλ με μία 8κύλινδρη Chevrolet. Η απήχηση του αγώνα θα οδηγήσει την επόμενη χρονιά στη διοργάνωση του 1ου Διεθνούς Ράλλυ Ακρόπολις. Ανάμεσα στους συμμετέχοντες είναι και ο Αλέξανδρος Δαρδούφας με FIAT 1100 και ο Κώστας Νικολόπουλος με Morris Minor.
After the suggestion of Apostolos Nicolaides, vice-president of ELPA (Automobile and Touring Club of Greece), the “ELPA Rally” is organized with the participation of 19 cars. The start is from Ioannina, Northern Greece, and after a 2600 km drive, 11 will finish with Johnny Pesmazoglou and Nikos Papamichael wining the race with a Chevrolet. The success of the event will make ELPA decide to organize the 1st International Acropolis Rally in the following year. Among the participants are Alexandros Dardoufas (FIAT 1100) and Costas Nikolopoulos (Morris Minor).
