Ιπποδρομία
Το Derby Stakes, γνωστό σαν Epsom Derby, διοργανώνεται για πρώτη φορά. Θεωρείται ο αγώνας ιπποδρομιών με το μεγαλύτερο κύρος στον κόσμο, είναι ένας από τους πέντε Βρετανικούς Αγώνες και o δεύτερος του Βρετανικού Triple Crown. Ο αγώνας διεξάγεται κάθε χρόνο, το πρώτο σαββατοκύριακο του Ιουνίου στο Surrey της Μ. Βρετανίας.
The Derby Stakes, known colloquially as The Derby or internationally as the Epsom Derby, is held for the first time. It is considered one of the most prestigious flat thoroughbred horse races in the world and is one of the five British Classic Races and is the second leg of the English Triple Crown. The race will take place each year on the first weekend in June at Epsom Downs Racecourse, Epsom, Surrey, England.
